Thomas Gaylor , 48, of 338 Southgate Estates, Bloomington, died at 4:01 p.m. Monday (March 6, 2000) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington. The memorial service for Thomas A. Gaylor Jr., 48, of Bloomington, will be at 7 p.m. today at Metzler-Froelich Memorial Home, Bloomington. Cremation rites will be accorded. Sister Helen Carey and Chaplain Rosemary Muchow will officiate. Inurnment will be at a later date. Visitation will be for a half hour prior to the service Wednesday at the memorial home. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials my be made to the Leukemia Society. 

He was born Aug. 28, 1951, in Charleston, W. Va., the son of Thomas A. and Joyce Evitts Gaylor Sr. They survive in Laguna Woods, Calif. 

Also surviving are two sisters, Debbie Gaylor , Culver City, Calif., and Amanda Gaylor , Alhambra, Calif. 

Tom worked at Mitch Murch's Maintenance Management Co. of Bloomington. He was an avid reader and enjoyed computers.
